What we don't collect
Text you type into any BoldlyType formatter is processed entirely in your browser. We never see it, store it, or transmit it to a server.
What we do collect
- Email (optional) — if you subscribe to launch alerts.
- Anonymous usage analytics — page views, device type, referrer.
- Ad cookies — set by our ad partners (e.g. Google AdSense) only if you accept cookies in our consent banner.
Cookies and ads
We display ads to keep BoldlyType free. Ad partners may set cookies used for frequency capping and (with consent) personalized advertising. You can change your choice any time via the "Consent Preferences" link in the footer.
Third parties
We use Supabase for our backend, and may use Google AdSense and a privacy-respecting analytics provider. Each has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your email at any time by writing to hello@boldlytype.com.
Changes
We'll update this page when policy changes. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
